The warm Greek sun streams into every corner of Mistral House, filling it with light and offering breathtaking views down to the shores of the Ionian Sea across shimmering olive groves. Perched high on one of Paxos' beautiful hills, Mistral House enjoys a prime vantage point with sweeping vistas across the entire island.

The property comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms in total. The main house features three spacious bedrooms, perfect for family and friends. Just below, the separate studio apartment provides an additional bedroom, complete with its own kitchen, living area and bathroom — offering privacy and flexibility for larger groups or those seeking a bit of extra space.

Layout

  • Upstairs in the main house: a king-bedded room with its own bathroom and a balcony of its own; a second room set up as twins or as a double, also opening onto a balcony; and a roomy shower room shared between them
  • Downstairs: a further double with a step-free shower room; the kitchen and dining area run into the sitting room, which has an open fire; there is a WC designed for wheelchair users and a wide terrace outside
  • In the studio: one bedroom that can be a king or two singles, a small kitchen with a seating corner, and a shower room

  • Weekly stays, Monday to Monday changeover
  • Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00
  • 30% deposit to confirm, balance due 8 weeks before arrival
  • Free cancellation up to 8 weeks before arrival; the deposit is retained for later cancellations
  • Well-behaved pets are welcome, please tell us in advance
  • Rates on enquiry; extras such as a cook are arranged and paid locally

Larger groups

  • The two houses stand side by side, so parties of up to 14 can take Mistral and Perla at the same time
